Consider your pack delivery options.

Your first study pack for the semester will be delivered in one of three ways at the time of registration:

  • Courier: There is no extra cost to have your study materials delivered. Please give Unisa your phone number, a backup phone number (in case we can’t reach you on your phone), and a legitimate physical delivery address. Please make sure someone is on hand to accept your study material package.
  • Post: Give Unisa a valid cellphone number, an accurate address, a suburb, and a postal code.
All Unisa students are eligible to use the counter collection option, but there are only counter collection points at the Sunnyside Campus in Pretoria and the Science Campus (Florida). When you choose this option, your package will be picked up and packaged as soon as your registration is complete, but it won’t be ready for pickup for two working days.
  • Once your package is prepared for pickup from your preferred collection point, Unisa will send you an SMS. Your study materials will be sent to you via regular mail if you do not pick up your study pack within two working days (48 hours) of receiving the SMS.

Only the first study pack of your choosing has this option.

  • The South African Post Office will deliver any additional documents via regular mail.
Visit myUnisa to access and download your study materials for your modules after completing your registration.
  • You won’t get the study materials for the second semester’s modules until the first week of the second semester.
  • Only when the semester starts will study materials for the second semester be made available on myUnisa.
